From One Van to Regional Authority.

2007

One Man, One Mission

Anderson Gomes arrived in Western Massachusetts as an immigrant with a clear-eyed view of the American dream—and the grit to earn it. Armed with a commercial vacuum, a weathered minivan, and $2,000 in savings, he knocked on doors across Springfield with a simple promise: "I'll clean your facility like it's my own business on the line." The first client took a chance. Then another. Word spread because Anderson didn't just clean—he showed up early, stayed late, and fixed problems before they became complaints.

2012

The Healthcare Test

Holyoke Medical Center needed a cleaning partner who understood the stakes. Patient safety. Infection control. Zero tolerance for shortcuts. Other companies saw complexity; Anderson saw an opportunity to prove what was possible. We invested in training, earned infection control certifications, and rewrote our entire methodology around healthcare-grade standards. That engagement changed everything—it raised our floor across every facility type we serve.

2017

The W-2 Decision

As we grew, we faced a choice: scale fast with subcontractors, or grow deliberately with full-time employees. We chose the harder path.
