Coverage stays within a defined range so Site Supervisors can visit and supervise each facility in person.
- Do you serve both Massachusetts and Connecticut?
- Yes. Service covers approved Western Massachusetts communities and the listed Northern Connecticut towns of Enfield, Suffield, Somers, Windsor Locks, and East Windsor. Connecticut facilities receive the same protocols, supervision, and documentation as Massachusetts facilities. Business-registration, insurance, screening, and site-access requirements for a Connecticut assignment are reviewed during contracting before the first visit.

- Contact us and we will confirm. Towns near a listed zone are reviewed individually for route fit, facility type, service frequency, and safe access before a walk-through is scheduled. A proposal request does not by itself confirm coverage; the local team reviews it and tells you plainly whether your facility sits inside the current service range.
