Yes. We assign dedicated teams to each facility for consistency and familiarity with your specific needs. Your team knows your building, your preferences, and your expectations. If a team member is unavailable, trained backup staff will cover, and we'll notify you of any personnel changes in advance.

Absolutely. We offer flexible scheduling including after-hours (6 PM - midnight), overnight, early morning (4 AM - 8 AM), and weekend cleaning. Most clients prefer cleaning outside business hours to minimize disruption. We'll customize the schedule to your operations.

Current clients can call our 24/7 emergency line for immediate dispatch. Emergencies include pipe bursts, bathroom incidents, biohazard situations, and similar facility crises. We guarantee on-site arrival within 2 hours for active clients.
