Our Commitment
Anderson Cleaning strives to make every digital interaction usable by the widest possible audience. Our target level of conformance is Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which we apply to all public pages, quote workflows, and customer resources.
Standards & Testing
- We review templates, navigation, and interactive components against WCAG 2.1 AA every release cycle.
- All new UI work is tested with keyboard-only navigation and screen-reader announcements before launch.
- Content authors receive writing guidelines to maintain clear hierarchy, descriptive links, and alternative text.
Known Limitations
We continuously improve our experience, but the following items may still present barriers:
- Archived PDF proposals generated before 2023 are not fully tagged for screen readers. Accessible versions are available on request.
Third-Party Content
- Some third-party scheduling systems used for onboarding are provided by vendors and may not yet offer full keyboard support. We will assist with any task performed through those systems.
