Phase 1: Prep Clean
After all construction work is complete
Thoroughly dust all surfaces (ceilings, walls, fixtures)
Clean windows interior and exterior, remove labels/residue
Initial floor cleaning on all surfaces
Clean all light fixtures, outlets, and switches
Clean cabinets inside and out
Clean HVAC vents and remove construction dust
Wipe down all door frames and hardware
Clean bathroom fixtures and mirrors
Remove paint splatter and adhesive residue
Vacuum carpeted areas with HEPA filtration

Phase 2: Final Clean
Preparing the space for occupancy
Touch-up cleaning for remaining spots or residue
Floor finishing (wax, polish, or carpet clean)
Final streak-free glass polishing
Sanitize all touchpoints and high-traffic surfaces
Clean and polish stainless steel surfaces
Final vacuum and mop of all floors
Inspection walkthrough with client
Document any punch list items
